Not straightforward?
The £150 fixed price is for a straightforward will. A professional consultation costs £150, including VAT. Afterwards we send you a written fee estimate for your will. If you go ahead, the £150 is deducted from that price.
The fixed price includes solicitor review of straightforward instructions. Substantive company document review, advice on wills in different countries and other specialist advice need a separately agreed scope and fee.
What £150 covers and when you need a quoteYou might need a professional consultation if, for example:
- You live outside the UK
- You own property abroad, or have a will in another country

We print your will on premium paper and post it to you with clear signing instructions. If you choose our free storage, the pack includes an envelope addressed to Fifty Six Law for the signed original.

Prefer the Probate Service? Deposit your will with HMCTS yourself for £24 using the form we fill in for you, or we check it and send it for £74. You can ask for your original back at any time, and your executors can collect it when it is needed. They are always free to choose who deals with the estate.
