1. Who Handles Complaints
GetWill is the technology platform provided by Ailex Ltd. Any legal services are provided by Fifty Six Law Ltd, and legal-service complaints (including advice quality, legal drafting, or professional conduct) are handled under Fifty Six Law's own published complaints policy.
2. Contact Us First (GetWill Platform)
For platform issues, contacting support first is the fastest route to resolution.
If you need to report an issue with platform operation (for example access, account flow, or technical errors), contact support@getwill.co.uk with:
- Your full name and contact details
- Your will reference (if available)
- A clear summary of the issue
- Any supporting documents or screenshots
We review platform reports and respond based on the issue type and available records.
