Create an account with your email, then tell us you are acting as an attorney. If the donor set up their LPA with GetWill, accept their invitation instead.
Being an attorney means making decisions for a person who trusts you, and being able to show what you did and why. The GetWill LPA Hub keeps decisions, money, organisations and the donor's wishes organised in one place.
An attorney acts under the Mental Capacity Act. The duties are practical, and they are easier to meet with a good record.
Every decision starts with the donor: their known wishes, values and beliefs, and the people they would want consulted.
The donor’s money and property must be kept apart from your own, with a record of income, larger outgoings and any gifts.
The Office of the Public Guardian can ask an attorney to account for their decisions. A dated record of what was decided, and why, is your protection.
An LPA must be registered before it can be used. A health and welfare LPA applies only when the donor lacks capacity for that decision. Check the document before relying on it.
One workspace for the case, shared with co-attorneys, with a visible history of who did what.
Keep a dated record of significant decisions, the reasoning behind them and who was consulted.
Record income, larger outgoings, gifts and supporting receipts, with checks that flag gifts and self-dealing.
Keep banks, utilities, pension providers and other organisations in one contact plan, with registration status for each.
The donor’s values, care preferences, routines and people to consult, easy to find when a decision has to be made.
An interactive walkthrough of your duties under the Mental Capacity Act, with real-world scenarios.
Shared access to the same case, with an overview of recent activity so everyone stays in step.
A live checklist that shows which useful case foundations are in place and what still needs attention.
Annual summaries of decisions and money, exportable as PDF and CSV, plus template letters for organisations.
The Hub complements the Office of the Public Guardian's services. It does not register an LPA, confirm your authority or replace the government's Use an LPA service, and it does not make findings about legal compliance, capacity or best interests. You remain responsible for the facts and the decision.

Enter the donor’s details, add any co-attorneys, and link the case to an existing OPG reference if the LPA is registered.
Log significant decisions, keep money records, store the donor’s wishes and prepare reports in one workspace.
The Hub is free to use. Pro adds the full record-keeping tools when you need them.
